ECOMBOX Isothermal 100% recyclable
Sustainable isothermal packaging solution for the temperature-controlled shipment of perishable and sensitive products with maximum guarantees.
Its interior constructed with layers of thermal insulation, using 100% recycled kraft paper and cardboard, provides thermal efficiencies similar to polystyrene (EPS).

EPS Boxes
(Expanded Polystyrene)
EPS boxes, made of expanded polystyrene, in various sizes for use with cold accumulators or dry ice, depending on the desired temperature range.
Porexpan is a very light synthetic material, which is used intensively in packaging.
Advantages:
- Unrivalled performance in terms of cushioning, insulation and protection.
- Good thermal performance.

ISOPUR (polyurethane) enclosures
Isothermal boxes, made of polyurethane foam, with a high insulating capacity due to its low thermal conductivity.
Solid, uniform and strong material structure.

- Thicknesses between 30 and 80 mm.

Isothermal boxes with VIP panels
Isothermal box with VIP panels. Ideal for the shipment of high value materials, which require very strict temperature control.
The thermal conductivity of VIP honeycombs at room temperature is 0.00036 W / m K. This is approximately 10 times lower than expanded polystyrene.
Advantages:
- Enables a huge reduction in packaging volume and weight.
- Savings in transport, space and the number of accumulators to be used.
- Transits from 24 to 140 hours.

Isothermal boxes approved for the transport of hazardous goods
Within our range of VIP products, we have isothermal packaging approved by the United Nations (UN).
Designed for the transport of hazardous products that require refrigeration or freezing temperatures during transport, they are complemented by the use of cold accumulators or dry ice.
Suitable for different UN and groups and also for various temperature ranges (positive or negative), this design adapted to the needs of sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Veterinary or Aeronautical Engineering, among others, was created to offer a quality solution that guarantees transport in exceptional temperature conditions, complying with IATA regulations for air transport, or with ADR land transport.
Its insulating interior made of high-density expanded polyurethane foam offers, in addition to an excellent insulating capacity, extra resistance compared to other insulating materials on the market that degrade quickly.
Unlike active cold, these composite designs are designed to offer the most select sectors passive travel independence, allowing the regular transport of very specific products, of great economic value or even with a limited life span.
